Description:
This machine is designed for mass-produced parts which able be tumbled and hit your requirements for casting and mould sanding, descaling, deflashing, deburring and shot peening.
This type of machine can work with manganese steel belts to process ferrous and non-ferrous casting, forgings, weldings, and heat-treated parts.
G type shot blasting machine can be transformed into fully automated processing with the addition of loading and unloading equipment. It is a built-in size that is able to accept single fill/ load up to 5000 kg (volume: 2000 L) and made from construction steel manganese liners.
During motion, the speciality shape of the belt turns and rolls the treated workpieces so that the whole surface of the treated workpieces being blasted properly within the jets of abrasives.
Belt rotation is more preferred in the opposite direction mode for emptying the blasting machine.
When the machine in automatic mode, the treated workpieces are loaded into the machine via a hydraulic skip loader, tailored to the customer’s specific component containers.
The discharged pieces are then being placed onto the vibratory or belt unload channel conveyor. Lastly, they are transported to the next operation process.
The machine housing is being protected by wear-resistant manganese steel liners. The automatic and continuous abrasive handling and reclamation system for continued returning and cleaning of the shot blasting media, along with efficient blasting wheels made from wear-resistant materials enabled high efficiency of the machine work.
Standard equipment of larger tumble blast machines includes PLC, display, timer, automatic or manual mode, automatic start-up of blasting wheels, working-hours counter, etc.
This machine can be equipped with a magnetic separator, vibration conveyor and variable frequency drive for the blasting wheels.
The shot blasting machine’s wheels can be upgraded to ir sm@rt wheel. With the combination of ir sm@rt valve, the operation of the shot blasting machine may be more effective and optimal.
