This machine is designed for protection of sheet metal and sections via a thin layer of basic coating in the storage & processing phase. It is also for basic colour application before the final colour application.

There are different types of machines that can be integrated into preservation line. Example of machines: Roller Conveyor Shot blasting Machine (P-type), Tube / Pipe & Solid Bars Shot Blasting Machine (PC type) and Continuous Shot Blasting Machines with Overhead Conveyor (VPP type).

The system is automated for rusty surface cleaning in continuous cleaning machine and basic colouring in automated colouring chamber. This has provided reasonable economic benefits with large quantities and quality protection.

In general, preservation line includes hydraulic loading device, conveyor, pre-heating chamber, shot blasting machine, dust collector, basic colouring chamber, conveyor and a hydraulic unloading device.

The line may be incorporated into other lines when the technological needs to hit requirements. The combination of operations will be levelling, cutting, welding, final colouring, etc.

The shot blasting machine’s wheels can be upgraded to ir sm@rt wheel. With the combination of ir sm@rt valve, the operation of the shot blasting machine may be more effective and optimal.
