This machine is designed for blasting of wheel rims. Each of the wheels can be blasted more times as the frequency of blasting does not affect the strength of wheel rims.
Shotblasting process enables an excellent result in removing rust, paint and minor defects and prepare the surface for further treatment.
The operator loads the wheel rims in the machine on the rollers which turn during the shot blasting process. The machine is able to automate with the time being programmed. PP has built-in 2 throwing wheels ir-320 that set at different angles. 1 wheel moves that enable more efficient blasting.
The shot blasting machine’s wheels can be upgraded to ir sm@rt wheel. With the combination of ir sm@rt valve, the operation of the shot blasting machine may be more effective and optimal.
