Description:
This machine is designed for grinding and polishing both sides of the parallel surface of thin metal and hard brittle non-metal parts.
It uses a Gantry structure with good stability and strong rigidity. The maximum pressure withstood by the machine with a double oil cylinder is 1500 kg.
The double oil cylinder is used to control the pressure by the electro-hydraulic proportional valve. The upper tray adopts with 304 stainless steel which is strong in corrosion resistance.
The cooling-heating structure which is in charge of controlling the surface temperature is equipped are both of the upper and lower plates.
The overall speed can be matched and adjusted with the speed of the sun gear, inner gear, upper plates, and lower plates.
The machine has a good compact in size as saving in space.
