Description:

This machine is designed for processing medium to large die casting, pressure castings, forgings, heat-treated parts, automotive components, ferrous and non-ferrous castings, welded constructions and fabrications.

The parts can be 1 kg to >100 kg and manufactured in a series of medium and large.

KTP is multifaceted and used for removing the remaining casting sand, rust, old paint, visible signs of welding and noble cutting, oxidized layer caused by thermal treatment, deburring, micro handling, increasing surface solidity, reducing the impact of surface micro-cuts.

Treated workpieces are placed on the wire mesh belt conveyor going through the shot blasting machine and the jets of shot blasting media. The blasting wheels are fixed at various angles. The whole machine is protected with wear-resistant manganese steel plates.

Continuous abrasive handling and reclamation system for continued returning and cleaning of the shot blasting media, along with efficient blasting wheels made from wear-resistant materials had worked together to enable the high-efficiency of the blasting machine.

The size of the machine, length of wire mesh conveyor on the treated object’s loading and unloading site, the width of the conveyor and frequency of regulation of the revolutions of the throwing wheels are done in the accordance with the production capacity requirements and buyer’s workpiece specification requirements.

The series of machines are intended for cleaning casts having remains of casting sand and cores are equipped with a vibration conveyor with a sieve and a magnetic cleaner of the shot blasting media.

The shot blasting machine’s wheels can be upgraded to ir sm@rt wheel by installing ir wheels. With the combination of ir sm@rt valve, the operation of the shot blasting machine may be more effective and optimal.
