Description:

This machine is designed for mass-produced parts that can be tumbled and fulfill requirements for batch cleaning, decoring, descaling, deflashing, deburring and shot peening parts. It is mostly used for process ferrous and non-ferrous castings, forgings and heat-treated parts.

This type of machine can be integrated into a fully automated process with an addition of loading and unloading equipment. Tumble blast machines are built in the size that able to accept single fill/ load up to 1000 kg (volume: 500 L)

It consists of rubber belt conveyor that treat the workpiece turn and roll as to cause the whole surface of the workpieces to be quality blasted in the jets of abrasive.

By switching the belt rotation in an opposite way, emptying the blasting machine can be done.

When the blasting machine works in an automatic mode, the workpieces are loaded into the machine by a hydraulic skip loader, then tailored to the specific component containers by the customers.

The machine housing is being protected by wear-resistant manganese steel liners. The automatic and continuous abrasive handling and reclamation system for continued returning and cleaning of the shot blasting media, along with efficient blasting wheels made from wear-resistant materials enabled high efficiency of the machine work.

Standard equipment of larger tumble blast machines includes PLC, display, timer, automatic or manual mode, automatic start-up of blasting wheels, working-hours counter, etc.

This machine can be equipped with a magnetic separator, vibration conveyor and variable frequency drive for the blasting wheels.

The shot blasting machine’s wheels can be upgraded to ir sm@rt wheel. With the combination of ir sm@rt valve, the operation of the shot blasting machine may be more effective and optimal.
