Description:

This machine is designed for processing various types of tubes/pipes, round bards, round sections, gas steel bottles and other cylindrical elements external surfaces.

The shot blasting process provides easier and faster cutting and welding of steel semi-finished products with a clean surface, multiple increases in durability of surface protective applications as coating, painting, and enamelling.

There is a conical cylindrical conveyor/ conveyor with skew rollers that allow workpieces to move through the machine. Conveyor provides simultaneous rotation and transition movement of the product through the machine that is a condition for the evenly basted surface.

The blasting wheels are made from wear-resistant materials with power from 5.5 to 30 kW to ensure efficient and quality shot blasting.

The machine robust housing is protected by manganese steel liners wear-resistant shields.

There is a series of rubber screens that keep the abrasive inside the machine in the entry chamber and the exit cleaning chamber.

The automatic and continuous abrasive handling and reclamation system ensure the high efficiency of the shot blasting machine for continued returning of the shot blasting media.

Standard equipment is included: PLC, display, automatic or manual mode, automatic start-up of throwing wheel, working hours counter, roller conveyor variable frequency drive, etc.

This machine may be built into highly productive lines for basic paint application, including drying chamber, automatic painting chamber and drying tunnel.

The shot blasting machine’s wheels can be upgraded to ir sm@rt wheel by installing ir wheels. With the combination of ir sm@rt valve, the operation of the shot blasting machine may be more effective and optimal.
