This machine is designed to handle mixed loads medium and large components which often include fragile and sensitive parts that are not available for being tumbled in bulk loads.

It is ideal for casts, welded constructions, forged and pressed parts, remodelled cold or hot and of various complicated forms, steel bottles, springs, etc.

The parts can be weighed from 1 kg to more than 50,000 kg, as in also smaller and medium series. Normally, this type of machine is widely used in blast cleaning, desanding and decoring in the die-cast industry: descaling, derusting and reconditioning in the metalworking industry.

Treated workpieces are either hanged individually or in a cluster on the revolving hook. They are then being transferred to the shot blasting machine via I, Y or circular closed-loop conveyor.

The abrasive jets provide the revolve treated workpieces an efficient treatment of parts surface.

The machine housing is protected with wear-resistant manganese steel wearing. The machine may also be built using manganese steel entirely with additional protections of the most wear exposed areas.

The shot blasting machine is high efficiency in performance with automatic & continuous abrasive handling, reclamation system for continued returning and cleaning of shot blasting media and efficient blasting wheels made from wear-resistant materials.

Standard equipment of Spinner Hanger Shot Blasting Machine (VK) includes PLC, display, timer, automatic or manual mode, pneumatic cylinders on the door, revolving hooks, automatic start-up of throwing wheels, working-hours counter, etc. The machine itself may be equipped with a magnetic separator, vibration conveyor and variable frequency drive for the blasting wheels.

The shot blasting machine’s wheels can be upgraded to ir sm@rt wheel. With the combination of ir sm@rt valve, the operation of the shot blasting machine may be more effective and optimal.
