This machine is designed for shot blasting of various part shapes and dimensions, casts & forged parts, pressed parts, steel & non-ferrous metal parts and parts made from fragile materials.

This version of the machine does clean surface, desand casting, consolidate the surface (micro handling), roughing the surface before painting, etc. Besides, it also suitable for small series and individual part production.

K table shot blast machines are equipped with a large loading door which provides simple and fast loading. Parts will be loaded on a perforated rotating table.

The machine housing is being protected by wear-resistant manganese steel liners. The automatic and continuous abrasive handling and reclamation system for continued returning and cleaning of the shot blasting media, along with efficient blasting wheels made from wear-resistant materials enabled high efficiency of the machine work.

Rotary table shot blast machine is equipped with 1 or 2 blast wheels as it depends on the model size. The standard table work size is from 650 mm to 2400 mm and able to process workpieces of max 1500 mm height.

Standard equipment of larger tumble blast machines includes PLC, display, timer, automatic or manual mode, automatic start-up of blasting wheels, working-hours counter, etc.

A magnetic sand cleaner may be installed for shot blasting of the casting containing larger quantities of casting sand.

The shot blasting machine’s wheels can be upgraded to ir sm@rt wheel. With the combination of ir sm@rt valve, the operation of the shot blasting machine may be more effective and optimal.
