Description:
Roller conveyor shot blasting machine is used to clean steel plates and profiles. The function is more focusing on descaling, derusting, paint removal, paint preparation, deburring and general surface preparation prior to welding, cutting, machining, and burning operations.
Treated pieces move through the shot blasting machine on a roller conveyor. Blasting wheels are made from wear-resistant materials with power from 7.5 to 15kW, providing efficient shot blasting.
The robust housing of the machine is protected by wear-resistant shields made from manganese steel liners. Rubber screens may keep the abrasive inside the shot blast machine in the entry chamber and exit cleaning chamber.
The rotating brush and high-pressure fan can remove the abrasive from the treated object before exiting the blasting machine.
Screw conveyors, elevator and sand cleaner provide returning and continuous automatic cleaning of the abrasive.
The shot blasting machine’s wheels can be upgraded to ir sm@rt wheel. With the combination of ir sm@rt valve, the operation of the shot blasting machine may be more effective and optimal.
