This machine is designed for handling mixed loads of medium and large components which often include fragile and sensitive parts that are not able to be tumbled in bulk loads.

This machine is ideal for heavy and complex shaped workpieces: casts, welded constructions, forged and pressed parts, remodelling cold or hot and of various complicated forms, steel bottles, springs, etc.

The parts can be weighed from 5 kg to more than 10,000 kg, manufactured in medium and large series. It is also widely used for continuous blast cleaning, desanding and decoring in the die-cast industry as well as descaling, derusting and reconditioning in the metalworking industry.

The treated workpieces are hung individually or in a cluster on the revolving hooks on a closed-loop conveyor that will go through the shot blasting machine.

Throughout the process, treated workpieces revolve and move back and forth in a jet of abrasive media to perform the best possible uniform blasting results.

The machine housing is protected with wear-resistant manganese steel liners or built of manganese steel with the additional protection of the most exposed wear areas.

The shot blasting machine is high efficiency in performance with automatic & continuous abrasive handling, reclamation system for continued returning and cleaning of shot blasting media and efficient blasting wheels made from wear-resistant materials.

Standard equipment of larger VKP Shot Blasting Machine includes PLC, display, timer, automatic or manual mode, pneumatic cylinders on the door, revolving hooks, automatic start-up of throwing wheels, working-hours counter, etc. It also can be equipped with a magnetic separator, vibration conveyor and variable frequency drive for the throwing wheels.

The shot blasting machine’s wheels can be upgraded to ir sm@rt wheel. With the combination of ir sm@rt valve, the operation of the shot blasting machine may be more effective and optimal.
