This machine is designed for lasting serial-produced workpieces and also sensitive, large components with a demanding geometry. The weight of workpieces can be varied up to 50 kg.

To be treated workpieces are fed into the machine and being transported through the machine in the same manner. On the contrary, the conventional batch tumble belt machines, they may cause damage to the treated workpieces as there are no major height drops.

Due to the advancement, the transport of workpieces is now accurate and equal for all workpieces. The cleaning-blasting process doubled from rolling and from the impacts of blasting media.

The main part of the machine will be the caterpillar tracks. The caterpillar tracks are then divided into 3 parts: input, blasting, and output. The caterpillar tracks consist of polyurethane lamellas that attached to the belt.

Polyurethane lamella is made of steel core and polyurethane parts that have special bumps that allow gentle rolling of treated workpieces. The tracks can be pulled out from the machine and at the same time ease the maintenance process.

By comparing GPP with batch tumble belt machines or spinner hanger machines, the blasting wheels need lesser energy. The short distance between blasting wheels and workpieces performs well as it is high in blasting efficiency and low in energy consumption.

This is a highly productive continuous machine that can be placed in a line as the process can be progressed continuously with options.

The continuous tumble belt blast machine can be worked with frequency regulators on the wheels (option), caterpillar unit drive (standard), elevator and sensors system for the blade wear.

The shot blasting machine’s wheels can be upgraded to ir sm@rt wheel. With the combination of ir sm@rt valve, the operation of the shot blasting machine may be more effective and optimal.
