This machine is designed for lasting serial-produced workpieces and also sensitive, large components with a demanding geometry. The weight of workpieces can be varied up to 50 kg.

To be treated workpieces are fed into the machine and being transported through the machine in the same manner. On the contrary, the conventional batch tumble belt machines, they may cause damage to the treated workpieces as there are no major height drops.

This is a highly productive continuous machine that can be placed in a line as the process can be progressed continuously with options.

The continuous tumble belt blast machine can be worked with frequency regulators on the wheels (option), caterpillar unit drive (standard), elevator and sensors system for the blade wear.

The shot blasting machine’s wheels can be upgraded to ir sm@rt wheel. With the combination of ir sm@rt valve, the operation of the shot blasting machine may be more effective and optimal.
