Description:

This machine is designed for shot blast cleaning of smaller pieces, forgings, parts after heat treatment and machine parts in repair shops as it is a barrel type shot blasting machine.

By abrasive throwing wheel and mechanical knocking of pieces, cleaning efficiency can be obtained which tumble about in a rotating barrel.

To charge the pieces, it can be carried out either manually or with a loading device. During discharging, the barrel is placed on a position which enables the parts to drop towards the pallet conveyor. We are able to get a continuous shot blasting process if we use a lading device.

The shot blasting machine’s wheels can be upgraded to ir sm@rt wheel. With the combination of ir sm@rt valve, the operation of the shot blasting machine may be more effective and optimal.
