Description:
This machine is characterized by polishing and lapping single surfaces of metal parts.
There are 4 working stations as each of them is driven by the speed motor separately. The workpieces by 4 stations will be reliably pressed by 4 pressurized cylinders.
Precise pressure reducing valve and electrical proportional valve accurately control the working pressure.
The machine itself is equipped with a peristaltic pump that controls the flow rate of polishing and lapping liquid for a better effect precisely to a different workpiece.
There is a PLC controlling fixed which is flexible and reliable. A touch screen is fixed for showing alert information and the status of the machine with a wide interface.
