Description:
This machine is designed for polishing and lapping single surfaces of metal parts, thus also processing the non-metal components that are thin and hard brittle.
There are 3 working stations for water-cooled function. The machine is installed with a peristaltic pump and good in exerting pressure by weight and pressure plate’s dead weight which can judge the pressure.
Between the lapping plate and try, there is a cooling water circulation system to ensure the machine is run well for a long time operation, meanwhile to achieve the desired grinding and polishing effects.
Editing processing procedure in the man-machine interface is first started, then downloaded to PLC. PLC will then run by the latest downloaded program. The PLC controlling of this machine is flexible and reliable.
A touch screen that installed is convenient to show alert information and status. Besides, there are 24 VDC of control components are inserted.
PLC is supplied by isolation transformer, external electric wave interference is lowered. So, the safety of using this machine is ensured.
