Description:
This machine is characterized by the ability of processing and grinding double ending-surface for non-metal parts.
It is designed based on high efficiency and precise thinning process for hard, brittle, thin non-metal parts. YHDM580B adopts with Siemens 808D CNC system and optimized with HMI.
By using Marposs Line Detection Technology, it able to realize on-line closed-loop precise control for the size of workpieces. It adopts a Diamond Wheel/ CBN wheel/ Diamond Pad to perform high efficiency and high quality of grinding.
This type of machine is suitable for the high-efficiency of the dressing device and technology to wheel/ CBN wheel/ Diamond Pad. It has a wheel head feeding that adopts a high precision ball screw with feeding precision: 0.001 mm.
The feeding carrier mechanism adopts servo-motor, stable drive and able to realize 1-10 rpm/min of stepless speed control.
Hinged disc carrier mechanism is adopted to ease the function and provide convenience for wheel replacement, dressing, and grinding area maintenance.
Auto charge and discharge device can be used for thin/ brittle parts, an automation production line can be built.
