Description:

This machine is mainly used for polishing the flat, 2.5 D and 3D arc surface of metal material. It is equipped with a variety of automation modules which include the robot auto-loading/ unloading, slurry auto-monitoring and auto air-liquid separator.

This machine is characterized by 8 stations lower plate vacuum absorption polishing machine. Workpieces are fixed on the jig by vacuum absorption.

The brush plate which fixed on the upper plate may reversely rotate with the lower plate and meanwhile, the polishing liquid may evenly flow through spray pipe. The friction between brush, polishing liquid and glass have worked together to carry out the process of polishing glass camber surface.

Polishing process:
Machine ready -> Workpiece Plate Positioning -> Autoloading -> Work Station Plate Positioning -> Polishing -> First Time Polishing Finished -> Self-cleaning -> Auto Unloading -> Circulation (Auto Loading/ Unloading - Work Station Plate Positioning -> Self-cleaning and polishing can proceed in the cycle without stopping).

The upper and lower plates are controlled by the CNC program. According to the technological requirements and hitting different polishing process requirements, the stepless speed governing is realized.

The 8 workpieces plates are controlled by servo-motor with precise positioning. The upper plate is especially independently driven by a variable speed motor.

Anti-corrosion materials are adopted for this machine’s flume, panel, a basin which are in contact with polishing liquid.

The machine vacuum system is equipped with a digital vacuum pressure gauge, real-time monitoring negative pressure to prevent the workpiece from falling down when there is insufficient pressure.

The machine is designed for automatic draining with equipment of vacuum air and liquid separating device.

To provide convenient, efficient and friendly use, this machine is adopted HMI (15-inch touch screen) with PLC, thus also a huge amount of information.
