Description:
Roller Conveyor Shot Blasting Machine is to design to clean large workpieces. They are widely used for descaling, de-rusting, paint removal, paint preparation, deburring and general surface preparation prior to welding, cutting, machining and burning operations.
This machine may be built into highly productive lines for basic colour applications which include drying chamber, automatic colouring chamber and drying tunnel.cx.
Treated pieces will move through the shot blasting machine via a roller conveyor. The blasting wheels are made of wear-resistant materials with power from 5.5 to 30 kW. The standard machine may process parts from 600 mm up to 5000 mm width with the roller conveyor speeds from 0.5 m/min to 7 m/min.
The machine robust housing is protected by manganese steel liners wear-resistant shields. There is a series of rubber screens that keep the abrasive inside the machine in the entry chamber and the exit cleaning chamber.
A rotating brush and high-pressure fan remove the abrasive from the treated object before exiting the shot blasting machine. Screw conveyors, elevator and sand cleaner provide returning and continuous automatic cleaning of abrasive.
Standard equipment is included: PLC, display, automatic or manual mode, automatic start-up of throwing wheel, working hours counter, roller conveyor variable frequency drive, etc.
