Description:

This machine is designed with a steel structure which able to assembled modularly. There is two types of dust collectors sizes, PFM (small) and PFV (large). We assemble the desired dust collector with flux from 2400mˆ3/h to 43000mˆ3/h.

First, non-purified air enters the cabin, then towards the lower part of the housing where the speed drops significantly. The heavier parts fell in the container as there is a sudden change of speed. The air is then cleaned through the cartridges and exit through the fan.

The container is attached to the housing with quick grips so that the removal can be as quick as possible. The container with wheels and lifting brackets ease the process of emptying the container.

Attaching the cartridge had done by the twist-lock flange to perform effectively the sealing of dust collector. The cartridge cleaning process is made by air pulses through air accumulators and collecting tubes.

For automatic blowing, there is an electronic programmer, which regulates the frequency of blow-out according to the dirtiness of cartridges.

Advantages:

1. Have a modern design, which is reflected in greater efficiency and lower price.


2. Have a larger opening below, which enables the lower version of the funnel.


3. Air enters through inlet cabin and then the majority of the air is directed towards funnel.


4. They take up less space.


5. Enable optimal airflow, as the distances between the cartridges are bigger. This enables a bigger efficiency of dust collectors.


6. Cartridges have a larger filtering area 16 m2 (PF dust collectors have 10 m2).


7. Have the possibility of washing the cartridges, which extends the lifetime of cartridges.


8. Have a "twist-lock" system, which enables faster change of cartridges.


9. Blow-off of cartridges is performed without venturi nozzles. This means decreased pressure difference and power consumption.


10. Don't need additional construction, as the fan is integrated on the top of the dust collector or below.

Options:

1. Dust collector cartridges (temperature resistant, moisture resistant,...)


2. Absolute dust collector for additional cleaning of the air that we intend to let in the surroundings.


3. Fan silencer, mounted on fan exit, lowering of the noise for approx. 2 - 3 dBa


4. Heating of valves, in case of installing dust collector at temperatures below zero


5. Frequency converter for the fan, smart energy saving


6. Anti-noise protection, reducing noise for approx. 2 - 3 dBa


7. Mechanical differential manometer, display of pressure value in the dust collector


8. Blow-off programmer with a differential pressure gauge (automatic regulation of the dust collector cartridges' blowing-off according to saturation)


9. Tipping container, which has based for removal by forklift and tipping mechanism


10. Reduction of dust at the outlet of dust collector (dust on the outlet is mas 2 mg/m3)


11. Dust gauge at the outlet of dust collector (warning or alarm when exceeding normal values)


12. Smart differential pressure gauge (automatic regulation of the dust collector cartridges' blowing-off according to saturation, the warning appears when the dust collector cartridges must be changed, prediction of time for changing the cartridges)


13. Airflow gauge (option is possible only in case of an installation frequency converter for dust collector fan. Provides a constant flow of air in the system).
